PRIVACY POLICY
In regards to safeguarding and securing chosen activities, Nativa Expeditions must collect, use and disclose the relevant personal information, subject to the booked activity. Nativa Expeditions reserves the right to share any relevant information with trusted third party suppliers when necessary. All such third party suppliers are bound by the Nativa Expeditions privacy policy, however, Nativa Expeditions does not directly hold any responsibility for the actions of such third party suppliers.
AMENDMENTS
In the event that Nativa Expeditions change the nature of these terms and conditions, the activation period in terms of a claim stands at 14 days. After this 14 day period, the client is deemed to have registered and accepted the new terms and conditions and cannot claim that that is no longer stated in the print. Nativa Expeditions reserves the right to amend necessary expeditions at any point in business.
