You will be met at your hotel by your guide and taken to the cooking school, SkyKitchen, which is located in the Miraflores district. Not only will you learn about cooking food, but you will learn about the important culture of food. Your guide will start off by explaining about the different food districts and highlight some of the special restaurants and dishes. Your chef will then meet you at the fish markets, where they will explain the importance of choosing the correct cuts for cooking. You have the opportunity to select your own in preparation for cooking. Back at the SkyKitchen premises you will learn more about the ingredients and the preparation of typical dishes. With the aid of your chef, you will prepare a 4-course meal. Finally, you can enjoy your completed dishes (paired with a lovely glass of wine!) on the rooftop terrace overlooking Miraflores.
